About Us

History and Mission

Scuola di Pizzaioli was founded in 2017 with the mission of preserving and sharing the Italian culture and tradition throughout the world. Our school tries to transmit the knowledge and original techniques that we produce in Italy.

With more than 15 years of training Together with the best international pizza makers, we have created an institution that combines tradition and excellence. With more than 6,500 students trained at our locations in Italy and South America through itinerant courses around the world.

Team

The founder and president, Juan Pablo Padrevita, Cavaliere recognized on May 14, 2024, brought from Italy in the world, in an exemplary and constant way, the authentic Pizza and symbol of Italianity.

Italian instructor

Creator of PIZZA CANOTTO, the master grows up in a family of Neapolitan pizzaioli, after much study chooses to create his own pizza and differentiates himself on international scale as precursor pizzaiolo and representative of contemporary Neapolitan pizza.
His pizzeria stands out for the quality of ingredients and the constant presence in every detail.

The master, who comes from an Italian family, commits himself to passing on his knowledge with passion and attention in every detail thanks to his experience acquired over the years in the Roman pizza sector. Culture and history combine with the most modern techniques to obtain a quality and constant product.

Training and specialist skills

We offer excellent educational programs designed to train both amateurs and professionals in the art of pizza. 

Our courses are taught by highly qualified master pizzaioli, which allows us to promote the cultural and gastronomic exchange between Italy and other countries, strengthening ties through a culinary tradition recognized worldwide.

Master Class and Events

We organize exclusive masterclasses and cultural events that highlight the pizza as a symbol of Italian identity. These activities not only educate the participants but also serve as platforms for intercultural dialogue and promotion of Italian gastronomy in the world. 

These events can be integrated into international festivals, cultural weeks or as part of educational programmes developed in collaboration with international institutions and organisations.
