The Championship Scuola Pizzaioli, organized as part of the International Tourism Fair (FIT), is the first competition and exhibition in South America dedicated exclusively to authentic Italian pizza in all its variations.
This prestigious event brings together the best pizza makers from all over South America and internationally, who compete in different categories to win the highest prize: become South American Champion and get a direct pass to Italy. Participants demonstrate their passion and culinary skills to an honorary jury of renowned industry professionals, chefs and journalists.
