2.8. Right of withdrawal

Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Italian Consumer Code) on the protection of the consumer with regard to distance contracts, the Customer (only if he/she is a consumer) has the right to withdraw from the contract without penalty or need for justification, within 14 calendar days from receipt of the product.

 This right does not apply to customized products, individual courses, perishable goods or other cases excluded by law.

 To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must notify Scuola Pizzaioli in writing before the end of the legal deadline. The products must be returned in perfect condition, with their original packaging intact and within the stipulated deadlines.

 The return transport costs will be borne by the Customer, and once the goods have been received and their condition checked, Scuola Pizzaioli will refund the amount paid for the goods, excluding the original shipping costs, within a maximum of 14 days.

 For intangible services (courses, training, etc.), the right of withdrawal may be exercised up to 15 days prior to the date of provision of the service. In case of late communication, a penalty equivalent to 30% of the value of the service may be applied.
