UN GIORNO A NAPOLI

This workshop is aimed at companies that want to create a unique work-meeting, combining fun and knowledge, entering the world of Neapolitan pizza, which has characteristics and secrets increasingly appreciated for lightness, consistency, quality and flavor.

The Team School of Pizzaioli will lead this event where you will not only learn the techniques, variations and instructions to know how to make the authentic Neapolitan pizza, but also an experience that addresses the origin and cultural aspects of the main dish of Naples, one of the cities in Italy with more history and heritage. We have a screen and audio equipment for power point/ video presentations of your company where you can accompany the business meeting tasting a real Neapolitan pizza and typical Italian drinks.

Time

12 h Greetings from the President, the team of the Scuola Pizzaioli and students. Presentation of the course.

12:15 h Historical notes of the Traditional Neapolitan Pizza S.T.G. Presentation of ingredients: Flour, Water, Yeast, Salt.

12:30 h Practical hand-kneading Management and dynamics of the kneading.

13 h Preparation of PANETTI of a certain weight with Cutting Technique.

13:30 h Traditional practice of laying slap Neapolitan.

14 h Cooking practice MARGHERITA: Management and dynamics of a wood-burning oven.

14:30 h Tasting of the Neapolitan margherita pizza accompanied by a drink of your choice.

15 h Delivery of certificates, greetings from the President and the School team and end of the course.

NECESSARY MATERIALS AND INGREDIENTS

We provide all the tools and materials to carry out the course. We will deliver you the custom school apron with your company logo! You will also have a drink of your choice for the duration of the course and the time of the tasting.

TEACHING AND CERTIFICATION

We will also deliver a diploma with your company logo that accredits the passage to Scuola di  Pizzaioli

PROPOUSE

Minimum groups of 10 people, maximum 16 participants.
Optional without limits of participants:
Aperitif: additional per person (ask for the price).
Lunch/dinner: supplement per person (ask for price).
